Chest
Tape firm and level, around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist
Tape loose and level, where you actually wear the waistband.
Sleeve
Elbow bent. Centre back of neck, over the shoulder, down to the wrist.
Inseam
From a pair that fits: crotch to leg opening.
