Every sale in one place: stock sold in the store, contracts and team orders closed by the sales team, and orders from the website, which appear here the moment a customer checks out. A sale counts toward goals once the deposit is paid.

Who can sign in
Everyone signs up on the website first, then you give them access here. Staff can use this backend: they sign in on the website and open it from their account menu. Turf manager only gets the Barbican Sports Turf Manager app (field bookings, nothing from Locker Room).
Front desk limits & approval code
The till stops the cashier at these limits. Anything above one needs your approval code, typed on the spot, and every override lands on your watch list. Leave the code blank to block overrides completely.
Discounts
Saved discounts appear when selling from stock. Staff can apply them; only the owner can change this list.

Inventory
Stock per colour, and per size where it's tracked. 0 shows that colour or size as sold out on the website. Turn “Active” off to take a colour off sale. Stock saves to the live database.
